General terms of sale

1. Seller

The subscription is sold by [seller’s name, status, company number (BCE) and address to be completed], publisher of Hunterology. Contact: contact form.

2. Purpose

The ad-free subscription removes all advertising on Hunterology (ad network and partner banners) and shows the “Unwavering Supporter” badge on the subscriber’s profile. It gives no advantage in the ranking: points, tiers and tier badges cannot be bought.

3. Price and payment

• Price: 3,00 € per month, all-inclusive, payable in advance.
• Payment by card or another method offered by Stripe, our payment provider. Hunterology never sees or stores your banking details.
• Payments in another currency are converted by your bank or by Stripe.

4. Term, renewal and cancellation

• The subscription is monthly and renews automatically every month.
• You can cancel it at any time from “My subscription”. It stays active until the end of the month already paid, with no further charge; the current month is not refunded.
• Deleting your account or being banned ends the renewal.

5. Right of withdrawal

The ad-free service is provided as soon as you pay. When subscribing, you expressly request this immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it begins (Belgian Code of Economic Law, Book VI; Directive 2011/83/EU). This agreement is recorded with its date.

6. Invoices

Your invoices are available at any time in your subscription management portal.

7. Complaints and disputes

For any complaint, write to us through the contact form. If no amicable solution is found, you can contact the Consumer Mediation Service (www.mediationconsommateur.be). Belgian law applies, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
